Starting Friday November 28th, Summit View Farm will be open from 9:00am to 4:30pm to provide your family with a BuckyFresh premium fresh-cut Christmas Tree from Smokey Holler Tree Farm in North Carolina, winners at the 2005 National Christmas Tree Contest and growers of the 2005 White House Christmas Tree. Our team will be ready to help you find the perfect tree for this holiday season.

Real Christmas Trees are a renewable resource that remove 10 times the carbon from the atmosphere that we emit to grow them. They are not made of cancer causing Chinese plastic that will clog our landfills later. AND THEY SMELL GREAT!
Great selection of Christmas trees
We offer premium Select and Market Choice grade trees from North Carolina that have been kept upright and in water, so they are still looking great. If you're looking to get a quality tree before Christmas Day, stop by before Sundown on Christmas Eve, we'll have a nice selection to choose from.
Fraser fir
The Fraser fir has excellent needle retention and stiff branches, it holds up well to ornaments.
Concolor Fir
The Concolor fir has longer needles with a unique and pleasant orange-like scent.
Canaan fir
The Canaan fir has a rich color, pleasant fragrance and an attractive layered structure.
White Pine
The White Pine has soft, flexible needles and is bluish-green in color.

At Summit View Farm, quality is our passion. We strive to provide you and your family with the freshest, longest lasting Christmas Tree possible. We want our customers to have a terrific tree buying experience and enjoy their tree at home as long as possible.
So this is why we are introducing and spelling out the BUCKYFRESH Principle. Our grower in North Carolina and the team at our farm in Goshen will handle and care for your tree as if they were fresh-cut flowers or fresh fruits and vegetables, with the utmost care to preserve their quality and freshness.
We offer our customers the BuckyFresh Pledge to abide by the following principles.
- Trees will only be harvested shortly before transport from North Carolina.
- Trees will only be transported in enclosed trailers to protect them from sun, wind and road salt on their journey to us.
- Trees will only be gently loaded and unloaded by hand.
- Trees will be unwrapped and shook to remove any old dead needles.
- Trees will be stored before they are displayed for sale in our cool, damp 1910 bank barn out of the sun and wind.
- Each tree will get a fresh base cut and have a tapered hole drilled in the base to fit perfectly in the STAND STRAIGHT STAND SYSTEM, ensuring an easy and secure set up on our lot and in your home.
- All trees will be displayed in water bowls on our lot where they can absorb water.
- After you and your family select their BuckyFresh tree, we will give it another fresh cut, bale it and help you load it for the trip home.
- We will have STAND STRAIGHT stands available for purchase to make your home set-up hassle free.
BuckyFresh In A Box
Starting in 2025, we are proud to offer on a limited basis Premium BUCKYFRESH Fraser Fir Christmas Trees delivered within 125 miles of Goshen, NY via UPS.
Due to logistics of UPS shipping, we are limited to a maximum size tree of about 6.5 ft. (78"). All orders must be received by November 14th 2025, please scroll down to FAQ section for more details.

We offer a $5 discount for visitors that sign up for our email list, or are currently subscribed to our email list.
We also offer an additional $5 discount for Active and Retired Military, First Responders, and Nurses. No proof required, we trust you. Thank you for what you do!
All trees will be baled with string and we will help load and secure trees to your vehicle.

No, not currently, but we are planting many in our fields to be ready in 5-6 years.
Our trees are fresh-cut just before Thanksgiving and are Select and Market Choice grade trees. We keep the trees in stands that hold water to preserve freshness.
